MAKE YOUR VOTE COUNT
Nominations for the second annual "More Than You Know
Awards" are due Friday (either today or tomorrow, depending
on when you are reading this newsletter) at midnight. The
awards are part of the Rah Rah Rochester campaign and
include categories like, "Known for Free" (free and fun to
do!), and "Known for Families" (favorite family-friendly
spot -- ROCHESTERfamilies.com, hint, hint. It’s not a spot
but it is a favorite (web)site where you can find the scoop
on all the local family-friendly spots, events and
activities).
Vote online, www.RahRahRochester.com, for your family's
favorites. Nominees will be reviewed by a panel of local
"experts" and the winners will be announced at a luncheon
on Tuesday, Sept. 30.
GREAT GIVEAWAY - Northwoods Orchard
Just in time for fall fun, win a Family Admission (corn
maze, wagon ride, pumpkin) to Northwoods Orchard in
Oronoco. Four families will win. The final winner will be
announced in next week’s newsletter (9/26). Email
